ich hab ein Auto bei mobile.de gefunden welches ich auch gerne kaufen möcht. Als Standtort des Fahrzeuges wird Hamburg angegeben. Ich schreibe also den Verkäufer an (angeblich Rentner) und dieser erklärt mir das, das Fahrzeug in Dänemark steht, alles kein Problem. Der Verkäufer meint, dass er in Hamburg seinen Zweitwohnsitz hat und diesen aufgeben will und daher das Auto unbedingt verkaufen will. Find ich gut da der Preis sehr weit unter meiner Schmerzgrenze liegt. Nun kommt das eigentliche Problem und auch meine Frage. Der Verkäufer will mit dem Auto nach Hamburg fahren und mich dort treffen (sprich er will 500Km fahren für das Treffen). Als Absicherung will er von mir das ich eine Überweisung tätige von 4000 Euro (sprich fast 100% des Preises des Autos) mit Hilfe von „Western Union“ nach Hamburg. Er will das Selbe tun. Meine Frage ist nun wie mach ich das mit der Überweisung und richt das nicht nach Betrug und welches Risiko gehe ich damit ein?

I want to see you the beneficiary of 4000 EURO in Hamburg! This will be the proof for me that you have the money and you will come there to meet me! You do not need a bank account. It is a transfer from a person to a person. The transfer is instant. You will take back the money from WesternUnion in Hamburg at the moment when we meet. When the transfer is done, you send me the transfer document as guarantee that you will be present at the meeting.
My point is that after i will see this transfer on your name i will be sure that you will be there and we will go together to the WesternUnion in Hamburg to get our money back.
Maybe you are worry about the transfer tax that your wife will pay about 200 euro, but because this condition is put by me, i will give you the money-tax back when we will meet.
I told you, I’m ready to meet you, but without this proof i will not accept to make this long road to Germany without any result.
Inform us what is your decision. We think that this is a plus of security that the meeting will take place and that our way to Hamburg will not be in vain. It would be an unpleasant situation for both of us.
