kennt jemand den Begriff „farm to fork approach“? Am ehesten denk ich dabei an „Wenn der Prophet nicht zum Berg …“, aber ich weiß es eben nicht …

mit „farm to fork“ wird eigentlich die Produktionskette beschrieben vom Produzenten landwirtschaftlicher Produkte bis zur Gabel/dem Löffel des Verbrauchers.
