Also, DER Klassiker, der einem einfällt, wenn es um „Too old to Rock’n’Roll; too young to die“ geht, ist natürlich Jethro Tull (Ian Anderson - Flötist & Sänger). Falls es dieses Lied ist, findest Du es auf dem gleichnamigen Studioalbum von 1974 (grelles Comiccover) sowie auf fast jedem besseren Sampler der Band, von denen es eine ganze Menge gibt.
Anfang des Textes (damit Du sehen kannst, ob’s das ist, Anderson singt nicht sehr deutlich…):
