Logox 3 Startproblem!

Hallo!
Ich habe mir Logox3 (Sprachsimulation) installiert, aber es lässt sich nicht starten. Zwar ist Logox-Server in Autostartmenü eingetragen, es wird aber nicht geladen.
Was soll ich tun?

P.S. Weiß jemand, wieviel kostet Hotline von Logox-Hersteller?
