A completely furnished lower unit duplex unit. This B&B is unhosted with a continential breakfast in the morning. Host lives upstairs for on-site security. We are 10 minutes from the airport. The unit features one queen bed in one room, two twin beds in the other, a full size fold out sofa sleeper and a twin chair sleeper. The unit is 1100 sq. feet, complete with kitchen, washer and dryer, bathroom with tub, and TV/VCR/Cable. We are located in Spenard on a quiet dead end street. The rate is $125 a night for a couple, $10 each additional person up to six people maximum. No smokers or pets are allowed. It's not the trump towers but it's cozy, close and clean.
