Hallo PC-Profis !
Habe auf meinen Rechner folgendes Prob:
Alle 5 Min kommt der Fehle : winMgmt.exe hat fehler verursacht, und wird geschlossen. Starten Sie… usw.
wen ich die Datei cim.rep lösche, hab ich erstmal Ruhe. Aber nach dem Neustart gehts wieder von vorne los. Was kann ich tun um das Problem zu beheben?
Hier der auszug aus dem Logfile:
„WinMgmt.exe, it returned 0x0(Fri Apr 09 10:42:28 2004) : core is being shut down by WinMgmt.exe, it returned 0x0“

hab das hier gefunden:
Wenn im Eventlog die EreignisID 60 protokolliert wird, kann dies helfen:
Code 0x80041001 means: WBEM_E_FAILED (The call failed.)
As per one user: „Fixed it myself by running sfc /scannow after using the winmgmt /resyncperf -p processID and winmgmt /clearadap commands at command prompt.“. We had reports that this suggestion did not always fix the problem.
From a newsgroup post: „To stop them go to Control Panel - Administrative Tols - > Services. After you stop the WMI services put them also to Manual startup - so that next time you restart your computer the services are not run again. Consequences? If you don’t know what WMI is then none.“

Um die ganze Sache mal ins deutsche zu übersetzen, ich habe den Dienst folgendermaßen deaktiviert:
in der Systemsteuerung die Verwaltung und dann Dienste aufrufen.
Windows Verwaltungsinstrumentation anklicken, im Fenster links oben auf Vorgang klicken, Eigenschaften aufrufen, Startyp ‚Deaktiviert‘ einstellen.
Und jetzt ist Ruhe!!! (extremgenervtsein/off)
Wozu soll der Dienst eigendlich gut sein, weiss das jemand ?
