Hallo!
Ich habe IME (microsoft) installiert, um japanische E-mails im OutlookExpres zu schreiben (im HTML-Format). Lesen kann ich nun Japanisch, aber zum Schreiben find ich nichts. Keine Anleitung und wirklich nichts. Auch die grosse Firma Microsoft antwortet nur mit einem Automaten, „ich soll mich selber in Chatforen umsehen“.

Haben Sie das etwa wie folgt gemacht?
To use DBCS characters, download and install Microsoft Global IME from the following Microsoft Web site:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/features/ime.asp
After Global IME is installed, follow these steps:
Please the insertion point in an entry edit area in Internet Explorer, or in the message body of an e-mail message in Microsoft Outlook Express.
Click the Global IME icon in the taskbar, and then switch to the IME keyboard layout.
A floating toolbar should appear on the screen. IME is selected, but inactive (off).
Press ALT+SHIFT to activate IME. (Pressing ALT+SHIFT again deactivates IME.)
Once IME is active, you can type Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, or Korean text.

Ich frag mich nur, wieso mir Microsoft das mit „alt + shift“ nicht mitgeteilt hat.
