VMware Converter 3.0.3

Moin zusammen!
Ich versuche meine PC in eine virtual machine zu übertragen. Das geht bis 97% gut und dann kommt diese Meldung:
Step 1 : Connecting to VMware Converter Agent on 10.96.1.78

ERROR: Unknown error returned by VMware Converter Agent
Leider ist mein Englisch nicht das beste und ich versteh nur "Bahnhof"
Wäre schön wenn mir einer helfen könnte.
