The Lord: OK Al, please sit down here to my left.
Bill Clinton: Lord, my name is William Jefferson Clinton and I was the president of the USA.
The Lord: Wonderful Bill, please come and sit here on my right. And who are you, lady?
Hilary: My name is Hilary Rodham Clinton, and you are sitting on my chair!
