Show How Concentration IU Units

I have to prepare a solution with Nisanplin, who gave certain concentration of nisin, and all papers (articles) show me the concentration in micrograms, but this product (Nisanplin) only gives me the concentration in IU (international units) so I need a way to convert this IU to micrograms. How can I do this?

   the first time to answer in english.
   There is no straid way from IU to milli- or microgramm. It depends on the encyme. You have to look in your papers, weather there is a calculation given or look to the datasheet of the encyme, or ask the producer. I don´t know the value, sorry.
