sollte ein ein minütiges referat in englisch schreiben
bin jetz auch fertig
weiß aber nich genau ob die grammatik so stimmt
könnte mir da vielleicht jemand mal helfen

Alcatraz :

Alcatraz Island is located in the bay, 2 km before the coast of San Francisco, California in the UnitedStates.
Once it was used as a location for a fort, and then as a high-security prison, but now it is only used as a tourist attraction. More than 80,000 visitors visit the most secure prison in the world annual\ a year. Because of the icy water and dangerous current Alcatraz was considered escape-proof. In fact, only 3 inmates escape is reported to be successful. However it is expected, that they do not survive although their bodies were never found. 1915 -1934 conscientious objectors of the First World War were also added to the „ordinary“ prisoners. Starting in 1934, Alcatraz was a maximum-security prison with a total of approx. 1,500 inmates until the closing 1963rd.
The 500 meters long and up to 41 meter high sandstone island is not only used as a location for a prison. At the 85,000 m² large island is also the oldest lighthouse in the U.S. west coast located.

Du kannst ja auch die Zeit weglassen und deinen Satz formen:
Der folgende Satz gefällt mir nicht, da ich nicht sicher bezüglich der Formulierung bin (willst Du ihn nicht vereinfachen?: Only 3 inmate´s escapes are reported to be successful. At least their bodies were never found.(so würde ich ihn schreiben, oder vereinfachen.

. reported to successfully , only 3 inmates (Genitiv: inmate´s) escapes (Mehrzahl: the escapes of three inmates) is (are, siehe oben) reported to be

successful- maybe. However it is expected, that they do (muss: did, Vergangenheit) not survive
although their bodies were never found. (den Satz würde ich umdrehen: Although there bodies were never found, it is expected that they didn´t survive. :

Der Schluss ist ein bisschen langweilig. Willst du die Größe der Insel nicht am Anfang nennen. The island is… long and …
Mit dem Englisch ist es immer so eine Sache. Oft gibt es bestimmte Redewendungen, die wir nicht kennen. 100% ig sicher bin ich nicht. Aber das kann man fast nie sein. So würde ich es schreiben.

  1. Leider bin ich nicht für englische Texte, sondern nur für die deutsche Sprache Experte.

  2. Wenn ich dieselbe Mail von Dir dreimal bekomme, nervt mich das nur und ich habe keine Lust mehr, sie zu beantworten.

  3. Was Du da hast, ist keine FRAGE zur Sprache, sondern Du willst kostenlos eine Dienstleistung haben, die woanders Geld kostet. Das ist eine ziemlich dreiste Einstellung. Ich helfe gerne Leuten, die eine FRAGE zur Sprache haben, aber ich bin nicht der Depp vom Dienst.

entschuldigung das ich dir mein referat 3 mal geschickt hatte -->war wirklich nicht meine absicht.

außerdem hab ich keineswegs vor hier leute auszunutzen
schließlich habe ich nur darum gebeten es einmal nachzuschaun, da mein englisch nicht sonderlich gut ist.
außerdem ist es den personen doch selbst überlassen ob sie mein referat nachschaun möchten oder nicht.
niemand zwingt dich dazu!!!

und auf antworten wie deine kann ich auch gerne verzichten.
