Hello Rolf,
Ich bin auch fuer die administrative Gliederung der Laender interessiert und habe erforschen an die aethiopische Divisionen mit der Internet, aber mit keinen Erfolg.
Die Zentrales Statistisches Amt hat auch Tafeln mit die Staedte in jeder Distrikt; wir koenen voraussetzen dass diese sind die Hauptorte (wenn es handelt auf ein Stadt per Distrikt!).

hat alphabetische Listen mit aethiopische Namen und deren Erklaerungen; einige Namen sind als Hauptorte der 1994 Distrikte berichtet.

I have now found a different way.

  1. With the Google äthiopische zone enter
    2 with the english text the german translation will display
  2. After that the Woreda extract
  3. All cities in the Woreda will display with partly administrative centre
