folgende meldung erreichte mich:

mit google ins deutsche übersetzt kam folgendes raus:

es soll kein geheimnis sein, dass ich von dieser firma aktien
besitze… daher frage ich mich, wenn das alles so stimmt, was aus
den aktien wird, die in berlin gekauft wurden und dort auch nicht
gehandelt werden dürfen? von sowas habe ich noch nie was gehört…
hast du ne ahnung?

Gegenfrage: Kann mir BMW verbieten, mit seinen Fahrzeugen zu handeln?

den aktien wird, die in berlin gekauft wurden und dort auch
nicht
gehandelt werden dürfen? von sowas habe ich noch nie was
gehört…

Die Aktien werden im Freiverkehr gehandelt. Wenn die Börse das ohne Zulassungsantrag zuläßt (und die Aktien nicht zufällig vinkulierte Namensaktien sind, was ich aber aufgrund der Herkunft des Unternehmens ausschließen möchte), kann das „betroffene“ Unternehmen wenig dagegen machen.
