Guten Tag,
I try to write this question in English, as I am not sure if I can express things correctly in German. The question could be answered in German, tough.
I am a non-EU professional i studied in Germany European Buesiness Management in one FH (university of applied Sciences ) since 09/2005 , I finish on 08/2007 the i get visa in order to find a job „arbeitplatzsuche“ on 05/2008 I get a contract for 2 years in an international german company, since 05/2008 I have (§ 18 AufenthG). Every year I have been issued a one year Aufenthaltstitel until .05.2010.
As my company involved a Lawyers help to in the beginning, I never had the chance to learn the rules managing and regulating my situation. Therefore, I do not know what will happen in the near future (If I don´t get a extension of my constract before 05/2010).
My questions are more than one but hopefully short to answer:

What will be happend if the company were i work don´t extend my contract ? and I dont find a job which starts on 05/2010?

Should i have to leave the country?

Can I get a „arbeitplatzsuche“ visum again ? for how long ?
I have been paying all the taxes, Renteverschiserung, unemployment insureance… etc…for almost 2 years
- What happend with the unemployee insurance?
