Bewerbung: Cover Letter

Hallo,

TAUSEND DANK!!!

Dear Sir or Madame,

XY(company) is one of the biggest und most successful xy centres in the United Kingdom. I am very interested to become part of the company. I am currently seeking for a position as a Sales Trainee.
My background includes experiences in Business Administration. I did a two-year training in the XY Centre Hamburg in which I took action in the following departments: guarantee, customer relationship management, personnel department, disposition, service, counter, after sales, sales and fleet management.
I enjoy working with customers and my most important aim is to do everything for the customer’s contentedness. My ambition makes me work hard for my own high aims. I don’t care to work overtime for my job.
I would enjoy meeting with you to share what I can bring to XY.

Thank you for your attention.

Sincerely,

Hi

Cover letter: max. 1 Seite, nicht zu viele Infos
CV: Max. 2 Seiten, detailliert, ueber google gibt es jede Menge Beispiele, auch auf monster.co.uk, totaljobs.com, reed.co.uk

Was meinst du mit „disposition“?

Dear Sir/Madam,

Ref. xxxxx Sales Trainee

In response to the advertised position on totaljobs.com on 15 April 2008, please consider my CV in your search for a Sales Trainee.

I have recently completed a two-year training in Business Administration at the XX Centre in Hamburg, Germany, where I acquired strong organisational and administrative skills within various departments, such as Sales, After-Sales, Customer Services, Complaints, HR and Fleet Management. I enjoy building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers and have been confirmed as a goal-orientated achiever. I am highly motivated and proactive with a positive approach.

My previous role as xxxxxxxxxxx finished at the end of March/recently/
My current role does not give me the opportunity to progress within the company/

and I am now looking to advance my career in Sales.

I can be available immediately/within xx weeks.

I would welcome the opportunity to discuss with you how my skills and qualities meet the requirements stated in the advertisement. I am available for an interview at your convenience and look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,

xxxxx

Dear Miss/Ms/Mr xxxx,

I am writing to enquire whether you have a vacancy in your company for a Quality Assurance Manager. I enclose a copy of my CV for your consideration.
As you will see from my CV, I am currently working for Gepo Foods as the Senior Quality Assurance Technician. In my present position I am responsible for managing all quality assurance in Gepo Foods’ Manchester factory. I have worked closely with the Production Department and have been able to identify problems before they affected production deadlines.

Over the last year I have implemented BS5750/ISO 9000 throughout our factory. This meant rewriting many of the company’s procedures and in some cases creating new procedures. I successfully obtained accreditation at the first attempt within the Board’s six-month timescale.

With my proven ability to manage and maintain the highest QA standards whilst also minimising costs, I feel that I would be able to make a significant contribution to your company’s management team.

I would be grateful if you would contact me if you have any vacancies in your company, or keep my information on file in case of future openings. I would welcome hearing from you.

Yours sincerely,

xxxx
