A kernel-mode process can access only other processes that have an IRQL lower than, or equal to, its own. This Stop message is typically due to faulty or incompatible hardware or software.

• A Stop 0xA message might occur after installing a faulty device driver, system service, or firmware. If a Stop message lists a driver by name, disable, remove, or roll back the driver to correct the problem. kurz ausgedrückt: entweder irgendein hardware-teil bei dir ist defekt oder der dazu gehörige treiber ist kaputt. hast du seit längerem keine neuen treiber eingespielt, trifft ersters zu. was die sache mühsam macht: zunächst einmal alles ausbauen/abstecken, was du nicht unbedingt brauchst. tritt der fehler nicht mehr auf hast du glück - einfach solange wieder die dinge einbauen/anstecken, bis der fehler wieder auftritt und du hast den schuldigen.
oder du tauschst der reihe nach alle teile aus - durch hoffentlich fehlerlose teile. sind es keine baugleichen teile, ist das ganze wirklich mühsam, da du auch andere treiber brauchst.
wenn du pech hast, ist es ein teil, der schwer tauschbar ist - als irgendein baustein am motherboard oder der prozessor (lüfter ab und wieder anmontieren ist mühsam).
wenn der pc schon älter ist, würde ich durchaus über eine neuanschaffung nachdenken…
