completely off?

Doesn’t seem too bad.

oder einfacher?:
charged proportionate (anteilig, Klett Mattutat, Schöffler/Weis, 1978 :open_mouth:] ) if not paid (for) by ordering party

Hotel Expenses
Hotel stay organised and paid for by ordering party

würd’ ich kleines „will be“ einfügen:

Hotel stay will be organised and paid for by ordering party

um beim Lesen nich’ „Aufenthalt“ mit „bleiben“ zu verwechseln …

Travel Expenses
Business Class flight. Travel expenses to and from airport
6.
Seminar Handouts / References
Detailed seminar handouts / references per participant and
seminar (can be produced by ordering party; PDF file will be
provided without charge)

geht nich’?:
detailed free PDF-file

Logistics
Organisation and provision of powerful projector

hätte hier:
powerful projector provided. (to be [usw] …)
gesagt.
[Deutsch drückt alles in Hauptwörtern aus. Andere Sprachen sind ‚verbaler‘, nicht so Hauptwort-lastig. „Organisation and provision“ hört sich irgendwie ‚bombastisch‘ an, überbetont … is’ aber nich’ wirklich falsch, denk’ ich]

(to be connected to speaker’s own computer notebook at lectern)

at lectern sacht mir gar nix, wird wohl stimmen ;O]

Payment
Due within 14 days after invoice being issued

Thanks a lot.

nach meinem halbwissen scheint alles zu stimmen … könnt’ aber ruhig nochmal einer mit (kfm.-engl.) vollwissen 'ran :open_mouth:]
