Kann bitte mal jemand einen Blick auf die folgende Formulierung werfen und ggf. notwenidge Umformulierungen / Anmerkungen mitteilen? Es handelt sich um eine Unterschriftsbeglaubigung; ferner sollen die Erschienenen erklären, dass sie den Urkundeninhalt als für sich verbindlich anerkennen.

The appearing persons declared to have read this document carefully, understood it and that they accept its contents as binding for them.

das ist relativ schlecht. Nur ganz schnell, Rechtskram ist nicht meine Stärke:

Ich hoffe, ich liege nicht völlig daneben. Anwaltsenglisch klingt in meinen Ohren oft total falsch. Vielleicht kommt ja noch ein Muttersprachler vorbei, oder jemand der sich in dem Fachgebiet besser auskennt.
