I. Subject of the contract
The contracting parties obtain the agreement that X provides Y with the following supporting services in all the fields named below:
a) Project ABC
X, based in Germany (city), provides Y with the services named above, whereas both contracting parties have to agree on the assignment of X- employees, on the required services and on its duration before any services are performed. X may only perform services outside of Germany if Y has given its full approval for every single performance.
II. Duration of the contract
The agreement is limited in time, until the project is successfully concluded. The beginning is the 1st of March 2004.
III. Service provision
In principle, the services, named in article I, have to be performed by X - employees, but X may use the services of a third party. From the 1st of March 2004 onwards all services are performed by Hans Mustermann, Martin Mayer and Felix Glück. An increase in number is possible at any time after a prior consultation with Y.

Die Übersetzung an sich ist gut, nur würde ich in der Rechtsprache und besonders in einem Vertrag obige (m. E. notwendige) Korrekturen berücksichtigen. Schreibst Du einen Test???
