Reset the MX200’s internal memory to factory default:

Remove any Smart Memory card inserted in the camera.

Replace the batteries, to ensure full power is available to
complete the reset.

With the camera powered „Off“, turn the dial on the camera to
„Still Shot“
mode (the Red camera icon).

Hold both zoom buttons down simultaneously, and continue
holding them
while you press the „On“ button to power on the camera.
