On the one hand, I dunno either…
On t’other, I did a Google search and got mostly Chinese results, some containing a 3 character equivalent in (trad.) Chinese. Entering these 3 again in Google, you get a bunch of answers, mostly emanating from Taiwan.
It seems to be a Taiwanese-English concoction relating to either someone who specialises in examination, or possibly inspection of teachers - the 3 characters meaning teacher and examine.

Oops - forgot to mention that it was mostly to do with the field of medicine, appearing on jobseekers’ profiles as a qualification or skill.

Thanks for the help. My own researches suggest that a docimaster
is a professor who has qualifications which enable him to examine students.
