Mein Canon Drucker (1 Jahr alt) zeigt nach dem einschalten keine Funktion, es leuchtet lediglich die gelbe Led.
Es passiert überhaupt nichts, egal welche Taste gedrückt wird.
Die Fehlerdiagnose -Software von Canon gibt dazu keine Auskunft.
Gibt es evtl. eine Tastenkombination für einen reset ?
Ist eine Sicherung defekt?
Welchen Tipp könnst Ihr mir geben bevor ich das Gerät zur Reparatur einsende.

Papierstau, Tintenrefill?
Probiere mal das aus:
Method 1:
„1. Turn the printer off.
2. Hold the button STOP/RESET press ON/OFF. Do not release the button.
3. Keeping the button ON/OFF release STOP/RESET. Do not release ON/OFF.
4. Keeping the button ON/OFF press STOP/RESET 2 times and release all the buttons.
5. When the indicator light COPY Green - click STOP/RESET 4 times for dumping diapers.
6. After pressing the button 4 times STOP/RESET press ON/OFF 2 times. Turn the printer off button ON/OFF.“
Executing steps 1-4 enters the „service mode“ of MP560, but get stuck here.
Method 2:
„1) Disconnect the printer’s power outlet
2) Press and hold the power button while connecting the power outlet back.
3) While still holding down the power button, press the reset button twice.(red circle with a triangle)
4) Release the power button. The printer takes about 10 seconds to show the number 0.“
After these 4 steps, the LCD panel was black.
Nothing showed up, even after I held the „stop“ button for 10 seconds and released.

das könnte evtl. Papierstau sein. Oder ein Papierrest blockiert einen Papiersensor. Was steht demm im Handbuch über die gelbe LED? Es gibt bei den Canon Druckern mehrere Zustände: blinken (diverse Geschwindigkeiten)und leuchten und beides in Kombination mit der grünen LED. Evtl. Hotline von Canon abrufen.
