Complaint
Dear Mrs. Schmitz,
Thank you for the delivery of the furniture. Unfortunately we have to complain several points of your operation development.
Contrary to our agreement, to take 5000 € as flat-rate into account, you charged the montage additionally. Furthermore the delivery was carried out with some damaged pieces of furniture.
The office table was easily scratched and the chairs have not got the same form as in the catalogue. The paper case which I ordered, was not of the best quality that I saw in your firm two weeks before your delivery.
In addition the furniture was supplied with a delay of one week. We would like to work with your firm further, if we can find an solution to the misunderstanding which is happened. Therefore we suggest that we agree to appropriate price adjustment, inform us if you would lake to have a discussion to solve the problems. In these conditions we can continue our business relations in the satisfying way.

Contrary to our agreement, to charge 5000 € as flat rate(meinst du Festpreis? es wäre dann „to charge a fixed price of 5 000 €“), you additionally charged for the assembly. Furthermore some of the furniture was damaged.
The office table was slightly scratched and the chairs do not have the same shape as in the catalogue. The paper case, which I ordered, was not of the (same?) best(?) quality that I had seen in your firm two weeks before your delivery.
In addition to this the furniture was delivered with a delay of one week. We would like to continue to work with your firm, assuming we can find a solution for the problems that have occurred . Therefore we suggest that we agree on an appropriate price adjustment; please inform us if you would like to have a talk to solve the problems. If you adhere to these conditions we can continue our business relationship in a mutually satisfying way.
