Size
The apartments are distinguished in the size. There are accomodation for one or two person. The facility is the same but the room for two persons have a bedroom more.
Facilities Category
At the beginning we offer only the economical categor which is tailored on the students need.
But we plan to extend our product line in the near future with a deluxe and Individuel category.
Services
Beside the modular manufacture we provide our customer many further service. Thereby we are the contact person for everything around the modular construction.

Every module is constructed to the highest standarts of strenght, and durability. This aim we reach by cooperation only with companies, which ensure our qualitiy claims, with the help of our assurance system, qualified team and the usage of von premium raw materials
