After school I go home and eat something. Then I go in for sports with my friends. At 8 o’clock in the evening I go home. Then I watch tv and eat. At 11:00 pm I go to bed. This is my typical day
„sports“ ist zwiespältig - man muss hier eigentlich unterscheiden, ob man amerikanisches Englisch oder britisches Englisch schreibt (sports/exercises).
Im Text fehlt öfter ein Verb oder „I“ für ich. Und die Uhrzeiten sind inkonsistent geschrieben (8’clock und 8 o’clock).
Gute Webseite für Übersetzungen: www.leo.org - dort werden auch Floskeln und dergleichen aufgeführt und nach american und british english unterschieden.

soll 9:30 am in the school heissen „morgens um 9:30“ (9:30 am) oder sollte es etwa heissen „9:30 I am in the school.“ ??? ist ein bisschen verwirrend weil du im weiteren textverlauf die Bezeichnung „am“ bzw. „pm“
für morgens bzw. nachmittags nicht nutzt.
Sonst finde ich ist der Text in Ordnung.

Da sind dir tatsächlich einige Fehler unterlaufen.
Satz1: „eat“ breakfast
Satz2: „I leave for school at…“ dann entweder „arrive there at“ oder „get there at“
Satz3: „I meet with friends for sports“ oder „Then I go play (…) with friends“ oder „do (…)“ setz ein was du tust 
Satz4: „At… I GET home“, du vergisst öfters die Verben, du kannst auch anstatt „8 o’clock in the evening“ einfach „8pm“ sagen, das heißt das gleiche 
Satz6: „I“ go to bed, da fehlt das Subjekt
Im letzten Satz könntest du sagen „usual day“, dann hast du keine Wortwiederholung.
Auch bei deinen Mahlzeiten könntest du sagen „eat lunch/dinner“
Ein letzter Tip: Schreib wann/ dass du Hausaufgaben machst ;D
