And if the wholesaler finds the best price he places an order with the supplier or the manufacturer.
On the sales market wholesalers submit offers to retailers and private consumers.
- Name the intermediaries of the wholesaler and describe their tasks.
The important intermediary of a wholesaler is the bank, because a wholesaler needs a lot of money e.g. to open new subsidiaries, to expand or for a new product. So he asks the bank for a loan. When he has enough securities the bank will grant the loan.
Furthermore the forwarding agent is also an important intermediary of a wholesaler, because he transports the goods to the retailers and the private consumers.

ich kenne den Kontext nicht, aber sind mit intermediaries nicht auch die Einzelhändler gemeint? Die sind doch eigentlich am wichtigsten für einen Grosshändler, weil der kaum direkt an die Kunden verkauft. Nur so eine Idee
