Ich habe ein Zimmer für dich gefunden. Die adresse lautet:… Du kannst sofort nach deiner Ankunft dort hin fahren.

Allerdings musst du die erste Monatsmiete in bar bezahlen. Die Monatsmiete dort beträgt 222€

Ich schicke dir einen Plan, wie du mit der Bahn und dem Bus vom Flughafen aus dort hin findest.

I’ve found a room for you. The address is … You can go there straight after arrival. But you need to pay the first month’s rent in cash. The rent per month is 222€. I’m sending you/ I’m enclosing (wenn es direkt dabei ist) information on how to get there from the airport by bus and train. Have a safe journey.
