Muss in Englisch ein paar aufgaben über „The great Gatsby“ beantworten.
Würd mich freuen wenn ihr euch mal meine Übersetzung angucken könntet und korrigieren und hinzufügen könntet.Meine Grammatik lässt auch zu wünschen übrig,nur schonmal im vorraus.

Ich fand die engl. Sätze zu lang. Hab daher manche geteilt.
Ich weiß natürlich nicht, ob du eine 1:1 Übersetzung brauchst, oder nur sinngemäß.
Manches ist mir nicht klar, da ich die Story nicht kenne. Z.B.: Ist Toms Affäre mit Myrtle beendet? Dann stimmt „Tom had an affair with Myrtle“. Ist die Affäre noch am Laufen, dann müsste es lauten: „Tom has had an affair with Myrtle.“
