normalerweise werden Adverbien durch Anhängen von –ly an das Adjektiv gebildet, aber davon gibt es eine Reihe von Ausnahmen, um die es in Deiner Übung geht.
Hier sind die –ly-Formen keine regulären Adverbien, sondern haben eine andere Bedeutung:
fair: anständig, fair, gerecht – fair ly : ziemlich, ganz
hard: schwer, schwierig – hard ly : kaum
late: spät - late ly : in letzter Zeit
pretty: a) hübsch b) ziemlich – pretti ly Adverb von a) hübsch;
right: richtig, direkt – right ly : mit/zu Recht
Du musst zuerst die Sätze übersetzen, um ihren Sinn zu verstehen – dann dürfte es nicht mehr so schwierig sein, die passende Form einzusetzen (z. B. Satz 5: arrive ? – Ist in dem Satz „spät“ gemeint oder „in letzter Zeit“?).
