Erste Frage meinerseits: Was meinst Du mit „personal card“? Ich vermute „Personalausweis“. Das habe ich bei der Korrektur angenommen.
Zweitens: Im Englischen schreibt man immer „I“ als Großbuchstabe (nicht weil ich so wichtig bin, sondern weil das kleine „i“ sonst untergehen könnte). Sätze beginnen mit Großbuchstaben und Zwischenräume nach Punkt und Komma sind in jeder Sprache üblich. Apostrophen hast Du ja auch vergessen, z.B. in „there’s“ und „don’t“. Das alles sind Fehler!
Jetzt kommt der korrigierte Text:

ich bin leider kein Experte in Englisch, aber ich lerne diese Sprache sehr gern. Ich versuche diesen Text zu korrigieren aber ich kann nicht garantieren, dass es 100%-ig korrekt ist.

Apostroph nicht vergessen oder ausschreiben „there is“
Was ist „personal card“? Ich kenne nur business card (dort stehen meistens die Adresse und die Telefonnummer) oder identification card (Personalausweis). Auf dem Personalausweis steht keine Telefonnummer. Sicher, man kann in diesem Fall in einem Telefonbuch nachschlagen, um die Person anrufen zu können.

hier weiss ich wieder nicht, was gemeint ist. Wenn hier ein Personalausweis gemeint ist, dann bitte siehe oben.
In diesem Fall würde ich nicht den Plural verwenden.
Wie gesagt, ich bin leider kein Experte, aber ich würde es so schreiben.

Ich benutze Englisch, bin aber kein Experte. Ich würde schreiben:
I would call the person of a found personal card aiming for handing it back.
In case that no address or phone number is available I would pass the personal card to the police for further action. („take the money“ wie geht das ohne PIN?)
Within this context it is always hard to cope with the loss of an expensive handy, money, or in particular personal cards.
