gibt es auch Höhenreferenzsysteme im EPSG Code? Und wenn ja, welche sind für Deutschland wichtig bzw. wo finde ich eine Liste aller HÖHEN Codes?

EPSG hat sich umbenannt in OGP.
Unter EPSG findet man aber noch Vieles, auch Höhen :
5714 ist z.B MSL

Nur NHN fand ich (noch) nicht.
