Fehlermeldung (Application Error)

Hi bekomme in den letzten Tagen seit ich auf meinem PC DSL (Call&Surf Compact) eingerichtet hab folgende Fehlermeldung:

Was ist dabei zu beachten und was soll ich machen um wieder schnellstmöglich normal arbeiten zu können?
