Hier kann man seine Internetverbindung auf Sicherheit pruefen lassen, sei es die Firewall, die Ports, Popup-test, etc, etc,… Dazu gibt es dann viele verschiedene Tools und leicht verstaendliche Tipps wie man sich sicherer macht. (Leider nur auf english)
Ich kann die Seite wirklich nur empfehlen.

also ich bin kein Freak, aber habe gut abgeschnitten:
We scanned the ports you requested, looking for any services or viruses that might be running on them, and did not find anything. This usually indicates that your firewall software or security software is functioning properly. If we had found open ports, we would have reported them to you so that you could adjust your firewall accordingly.
If you have not already done so, you should visit our spyware removal section. There you can check your system for spyware, browser and other security vulnerabilities that may allow a hacker to bypass your firewall. You may have a properly configured firewall, but if your browser’s security is improperly configured, your firewall may be useless!
