I would like to know how hard it is to a Portuguese expertise in the Embedded Systems to get a job in German as a freelancer but working in Portugal with some time to travel 10-15 days each month.

difficult to conclude with a general answer. As it is hard to get in contact with decision makers by yourself, maybe you want to try freelance agencies or web portals to advertise (e.g. gulp, hays, …).

But there are some websites for freelancers where you might be successful.
All success depends on your know-how and a little bit of luck in finding the right customer.

sorry for the late answer, but I was travelling…
I’m german, but I’m living in Switzerland for many years, so I don’t know the conditions in Germany any more. Many people tell me that it is not easy to find a job in Germany and because of the Euro-Crisis it is not good to live in Germany. I don’t know, if it’s true.
