About Bakewell there is plenty of information in the net.
Bakewell is a small market town in Derbyshire, England, deriving its name from ‚Badeca’s Well‘. It is the only town included in the Peak District National Park. It is located on the River Wye.

Altogether this is a beautiful area of England. I assume it is more geography as a subject rather than history that you are interested in.
