Sorry, I can’t translate into russian, but I try it in english. 
The 1st paragraph

Very free translated: instruct commands
I don’t know, if it’s right, but I think these commands have been responsable for the logistics in a combat section.
The last paragraph:
Brueko B 2./60
Brueko = German: Brückenkolonne - English: Bridge Column
The „B“ stands for a capacity of 4.5 to 20 tons load of the bridge, 2./60 is the unit.
