bitte um Mithilfe bei der Verbesserung dieses Textes.
Ich weiß es ist furchtbar dieses Eifabibsch zu lesen, ich wäre dennoch wirklich dankbar wenn mir jemand helfen könnte.
Ich freue mich auch über Vorschläge, wie ich mein Englisch am besten verbessern könnte. Vielleicht kennt ja jemand „den“ Weg zum Superenglisch und mag ihn mir verraten .

Telecommute is a big topic today, which regards the working world of today. There is a stable growth in teleworking. Whether it has negative or positive consequences for employers or employees, I would like to make my opinion clear in the following.
I am of mixed opinions about the use of telecommuting. For the employers it can be an advantage but for the employees it´s a better choice when they work in their companies I think. Why? Teleworking enables to organize time better. Thats a gain for the employers. If manager have another duties, they can choose when they conform their engagement in job. Often it is difficult for people in head positions to combine job and family. With telecommute men in leading positions can have a better contact to their child, women don´t need a parental leave, because they can work at home directly after the nativity. Furthermore theirs no journey and that spares the costs for petrol. Another significant point is that it is possible to work concentrated on a project because deviation from colleagues is barred. I should like to repeat once again that there are many advantages for employees in telecommute, like the arrangement of family and career and the recreational activities. Anyway the bosses shouldn’t work every time at home, because it can lead to isolation. Moreover a manager has to supervise his employees in the company. I should like to emphasise that there are more advatages than disadvantages for employers.
It is more difficult for the employees to work at home. Employees need firstly the technical appointments to work at home and that must paid by the employer. To that is a mutual trust necessary! In addition the employer needs a great self-diszipline. The employer take a risk being disappointed by his jobholder because he is within the company´s control. Summing up it can be said that telecommute has also the same advantages for employees like for the employers but then the boss have got believe in his employee.
