Schonmal emacs versucht? Biete Syntax-Highlighting, 8bit-Insertion, Shortcuts fuer wichtige Tags, usw.

„gut“ weiß ich nicht. Hier sind zwei:

tkHTML, nicht so bunt, eher UNIX-like. Ersetzt schon bei der Eingabe Umlaute, deshalb von mir ab und ab benutzt. Näheres kann ich nicht sagen. http://www.starfleet.com/liem/tkHTML/tkHTML.html

asWedit: bunte Icons, ´hab ich noch nie benutzt. Link s. unten.

To obtain the binary distribution please download the gzip-compressed 
tar file for your platform and then unpack it. For example for IRIX 5 
download the file asWedit-3.0-sgi.irix5.tar.gz. To unpack it you can use 
the following:
 gzip -dc asWedit-3.0-sgi.irix5.tar.gz | tar xvf -

(the distribution will be placed into asWedit-3.0 directory).

If you want to use Emacs bindings get the following file as well:
 emacs-mode-asWedit-3.0.tar.gz

hat tkhtml Syntax-Highlighting??? hab vor kurzem mal n Screenshot davon gesehn und der sah net danach aus :frowning:

Was hast Du nicht hingekriegt? Emacs allgemein oder das Syntax-Highlighting? Wenn es das letztere ist, diese drei Zeilen in Deinem .emcas file sollten es tun:

(global-font-lock-mode t)
(setq font-lock-support-mode 'lazy-lock-mode)
(setq font-lock-maximum-decoration t)

Emacs allgemein hat ein nettes Tutorial, und wenn Du mit einem Unix X-System arbeitest (ja, emacs gibt’s wohl auch fuer Windoof) gibt’s ja Menues fuer die wichtigsten Sachen… Oder eben gleich xemacs.

nö, hat er nicht, zumindest nicht Version 3.2 . Aber für bunten Spaß gibt´s ja auch asWedit :wink: .
