Ich habe hier ein Bild über Linsenentwicklung. Ich denke es ist eine In Situ Hybridisierung von mRNA. Ich bin mir aber nicht sicher. Kann das auch eine Aufnahme mit mAB gegen die Proteine sein?
Es geht um die beiden Transkriptionsfaktoren SOX2 und PAX6.

sieht schon eher nach einer in situ Hybridisierung aus. Ganz sicher kann man das aber nicht sagen.

Deine Abb. stammte anscheinend aus Kondoh et al. 2004; das Original-
Paper von Kamachi et al. Development 125, 2521-2532 (1998), (in dem
die Abb. auch besser ist) habe ich jetzt gefunden.
Und da heißt es im Bild-Text:
"Sections of stage 11-14 embryos
hybridized in whole mount. ov, optic
vesicle; p, lens placode; lp, lens pit.
This series of specimens
demonstrated that the dorsal border
of Sox2 expression and both borders
of Sox3 expression (arrowheads) are
correlated with the apposition of the
retina rudiment and delimit the
region to follow the lens fate. "
Also wurde WISH (whole-mount in situ hybridization) gemacht.
