Installationsproblem Oracle11g Windows 7

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe nen neuen Rechner mit Windows 7 (64-Bit) bekommen. Bei der Installation von Oracle11gR2 (64-Bit) bekomme ich bei der Überprüfung der Environment Variable folgende Fehlermeldung:
„Environment variable: „PATH“ - This test checks whether the length of the environment variable „PATH“ does not
exceed the recommended length.
Erwarteter Wert
 : 1023
Tatsächlicher Wert
 : 1056
 Fehlerliste:
 - 
PRVF-3929 : Adding the Oracle binary location to the PATH environment variable will exceed the OS length limit of
[„1023“] for the variable on the node „PC100124“  - Cause:  The installer needs to update the PATH environment
variable to include the value „%ORACLE_HOME%/bin;“. However, doing so will cause PATH to exceed the maximum
allowable length that this operating system allows.  - Action:  Ensure that the sum of the lengths of your
current PATH environment variable and that of „%ORACLE_HOME%/bin;“ does not exceed the operating system limit.
Restart the installer after correcting the setting for environment variable.“

Was mri das ungefähr sagen soll, ist mir klar. Ich kriege es nur nicht gelöst…

Alles rauslöschen aus PATH, was nicht mehr benötigt wird.

Wo genau soll ich das aus „PATH“ rauslöschen?
Im Registrierungseditor gibt es keinen gleichnamigen Schlüssel. Jedenfalls hab ich keinen gefunden.

Ok, ich hab’s endlich selbst gefunden! :smile:

Es handelt sich bei „PATH“ um eine Systemvariable des Betriebsystems.
In den erweiterten Systemeinstellungen zu finden und zu editieren.

Thema kann geschlossen werden!
