Hallo ihr lieben.
Ich habe diesen Text hier wie folgt übersetzt:

Deutsch:
Schatz, lass uns den Mond umkreisen. Eintausend Nächte und eintausend Tage um den Mond herum. Nur du und ich und ich und du ich vermisse dich. Lass uns starten die Mondfahrt.

Übersetzt in English:
Honey, let’s circle the moon. One thousand nights and a thousand days to the Moon. Just you and me and me and you I miss you. Let’s start the trip to the moon.

Wäre supi wenn es mir eventuell jemand richtig übersetzen kann. Das ist eine kleine Textpassage für ein Musiktitel :smile:

Besser: Let’s fly around the mood.

One thousand nights and a
thousand days to the Moon.

Verb müsste rein, klingt besser.
Let’s fly around the moon for a thousand nights and a thousands nights.

Just you and me and me and you I
miss you.

Ist auch im Deutschen ohne Satzzeichen schwer verständlich.

Just you and me, and me and you. I miss you.

Let’s start the trip to the moon.

our trip to the moon.

Wäre supi wenn es mir eventuell jemand richtig übersetzen
kann. Das ist eine kleine Textpassage für ein Musiktitel :smile:

Wenn es sich um Poesie handeln sollte, dann sind natürlich viele Regeln locker zu interpretieren.
Und es sollte eventuell in ein Schema (Vers, Takt, Rhythmus) passen?

englisch ist nicht gerade meine stärke :smile:

der text soll in einem trance track als einfach textpassage (sprechen) ich kann nicht singen rein kommen, im hintergrund ein string ein padsound. falls man damit was anfangen kann :smile:

Übersetzt in English:
Honey, let’s circle the moon. One thousand nights and a
thousand days to the Moon.

Das einzige, was ich ändern würde wäre:

… A thousand nights and a thousand days around the moon.
(Bleiben wir beim „a“)

Just you and me and me and you. I miss you. Let’s start the trip to the moon.

Und hier eine kleine Änderung:

… Let’s start our trip to the moon.
(Für die Lyrik bist Du verantwortlich, aber ich denke, das „our“ würde hier besser passen)

Hi,

Elke hat natürlich recht, wenn sie „fly around the moon“ übersetzen würde.

Musik und Poesie lassen sehr viele Freiräume, deshalb gibt es wohl auch keine Musterlösung - und in die Taktfolge muss ein Songtext ja auch passen.

würde ich so übersetzen:

Darling, let’s circle the moon. Thousand nights and thousand days - round and round the moon. Only you and I, only I and you, oh, how I miss you. Let’s start our trip to the moon.

oder den Anfangssatz wiederholen:

Darling, let’s circle the moon.
