Zum Beispiel:

Ist dies auch korrekt?
Ich will eigentlich folgendes sagen:
Fairer Umgang und Hilfsbereitschaft sind für mich Zeichen guter Zusammenarbeit und daher selbstverständlich.

mir machte anfangs das wort „matters“ probleme, dict.leo sagt jedoch, dass das richtig ist.
ergo ist der satz meines erachtens korrekt.
fürs nächste mal wäre es schön, wenn Du auf deutsch schreibst, was Du denn sagen möchtest. das erleichtert die korrektur.

dann stimmt das so
es sei denn, Du möchtest noch die persönliche komponente reinbringen, dass das für Dich wichtig und selbstverständlich ist. dann einfach noch ein „for me“ einbauen. das ist aber rein Deine entscheidung.

Dein Satz ist eigentlich ganz okay, allerdings würde ich das „as“ weglassen. Ich würde ihn so schreiben

Übersetzt
Fairness und die Bereitschaft anderen zu helfen sind eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Dies sind wichtige Prinzipien einer guten Zusammenarbeit.
