ich weiss, die Informationen sind nicht sehr reichhaltig, aber: ich suche ein Lied, in dem der Saenger am Ende der Textzeile des oefteren ‚You´re so beautiful‘ singt, danach setzen Gitarren ein. Einige Jahre alt, Richtung Britpop/Rock, lief damals in etlichen Indie-Discos. Hoert sich vage an, aber viele meiner Freunde wussten sofort, welches Lied ich meine - aber keiner konnte sich erinnern

das einzige, das mir zu britpop und „beautiful“ auf anhieb einfällt, ist "beautiful ones von suede. paßt vom text allerdings nicht ganz zu deiner beschreibung; vergleich’ selbst:
