Mikrofon geht nicht

Hallo,

ich habe schon wieder ein neues Problem entdeckt. So einfach ist es also doch nicht, von Windows zu OpenSuSE zu wechseln. Gestern wollte ich skype benutzen, musste aber feststellen, dass das Mikro nicht geht.
Ich habe mit HDA Intel, einem Control Panel für die Lautsprecher und andere Sound-bezogene Hardware, das Mikro voll aufgedreht und einem Rat aus einem Forum folgend Capture eingeschaltet, aber es hilft nicht. Mit KRecord kann man ja ausprobieren, ob das Mikro geht.

Irgendwelche Ideen?

internes oder externes Mikrofon? Was für ein Notebook hast Du eigentlich?
Starte mal den alsamixer und sieh nach, ob Du das Mikro nicht zufällig stumm geschaltet hast. Noch besser wäre es, mit

amixer -i

dir deine ganzen Geräte ausgeben zu lassen und zu sehen, was er zum Mikro sagt. Wenn da was von off bzw. 0% steht, ist es schon mal schlecht.
Wenn Du ein anderes anschliessen kannst, probiere das mal aus.

Es handelt sich um ein Headset. Das Notebook ist ein LG TX-ADGDG, Baujahr Anfang 2006, glaube ich.

Starte mal den alsamixer und sieh nach, ob Du das Mikro nicht
zufällig stumm geschaltet hast.

Nein, es ist voll aufgedreht.

Noch besser wäre es, mit

amixer -i

Nein, es ist voll aufgedreht.

Voll aufgedreht und stumm geschaltet sind zwei paar Schuhe. Wenn Du stumm geschaltet hast hilft dir auch 100%-Volume nix. Nur wenn Du dann das Stummschalten rausnimmst, fliegen dir plötzlich die Ohren ab :wink:

Bist Du sicher, daß es dein Headset erkannt hat (was für ein Modell hast Du denn?)

Nein, nur daß es etwas unübersichtlich ist (die pre-Tags hätten geholfen). Mach doch mal deinen alsamixer auf und lade einen Screenshot davon hoch, ist wahrscheinlich übersichtlicher. Oder von kmix (mit Kanäle einrichten), wenn dir das lieber ist.

Mach doch mal deinen alsamixer auf und lade
einen Screenshot davon hoch, ist wahrscheinlich
übersichtlicher. Oder von kmix (mit Kanäle einrichten), wenn
dir das lieber ist.
