ich hab oben stehenden Drucker angeschlossen und nach dieser Anleitung hier:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/HardwareSupportCom… installiert … Haken: Er druckt nicht… Keine Fehlermeldung, schlicht und einfach kein drucken…

Daß Du wahrscheinlich Berechtigungsprobleme hast. Bist Du in der Gruppe lpadmin?
In einem Terminal
groups
eingeben, da sollte auch lpadmin mit dabei sein.
Wenn nicht, beitreten. Kannst Du über System -> Systemverwaltung -> Benutzer und Gruppen machen. Bei Benutzereinstellungen -> Eigenschaften -> Benutzerrechte -> Häkchen bei „Manage Printers“ machen. Oder „per Hand“ in einem Terminal mit
sudo adduser Username lpadmin
Nach solchen Änderungen Cups immer anhalten und neu starten:

Funktionieren die alle, bzw. nicht.
In Cups http://localhost:631 taucht dein Drucker aber schon auf, oder?

Also … In der Gruppe lpadmin bin ich, habsch nachgekuckt XD … ccpdadmin läuft, zeigt mir auch meinen drucker wie folgt an:
Usage:
ccpdadmin [-p Printer-name -o Printer-dev-path]
ccpdadmin [-x Remove-Printer-name]
CUPS\_ConfigPath = /etc/cups/
LOG Path = None
UI Port = 59787

in Cups taucht er auch auf, als Standarddrucker auch … die 2 Hinter dem Namen sollte doch kein problem sein oder? Liegt nur daran dass ich den Treiber eben schon 2 mal installiert hab

… Das Fenster öffnet sich, aber sonst tut sich nix … Könnte es daran liegen, dass mein Drucker per USB-Hub in den PC reinläuft? Muss ich da was extra konfigurieren?

Höchstens die Rechte. Du musst in dem Fall auch Mitglied der Gruppe plugdev sein, aber das ist bei Ubuntu eigentlich Standard. Kannst aber nochmal nachsehen, wie gehabt mit groups.
Wie sehen die Rechte von /etc/cups und /dev/usblp0 aus?
Probiere mal
echo "Das ist ein Test" \> /dev/usblp0
ob er das ausgibt.
Mehr fällt mir im Moment auch nicht ein
