Hey Jo,
Thanks for the quick reply.
A few more details: the guests normally pay for certain things directly, such as the cloakroom charge; they go into the hall, give their coat to the little lady and pay (I don’t know how much - I’m not a concert-goer
) a charge which the little lady then puts in a money box. The money is (theoretically) later passed on to the owner/boss of the hall or whoever.
However, it is also possible for the organiser of an event to arrange a Pauschalablösung with the owner/boss of the hall, whereby the charge for the cloakroom is either included in the ticket price, or it’s a special treat, a little gift from the organiser. In this case, the organiser must (obviously) pay the owner/boss of the hall for the cloakroom services, but it’s a lump fee, probably calculated in advance.
So, yes, lump sum / flat fee would be right, but I can’t get my head to come up with a sentence which means the same as Pauschalablösung durch Veranstalter möglich.
Flat fee can be arranged via the organiser…?
Me 'ead 'urts…
Cheers,
MacD
sth like a lump sum, a flat fee/rate?
