Phpbb include fehler

Wääh, mein login klappt nicht. Über dem Forum sthen auch eine Fehlermeldungen.
Woran kann das liegen. Ich habe vorher auf einen apacheserver(1.3) (Linux SuSE 9.0) das Forum getestet, da lief alles Fehlerfrei. Woran kann das liegen? habe ich irgendwo, die falschen Dateirechte verteilt? Muss außer der config.php irgendetwas chmod777 haben. Hier die fehlermeldung:

in Zeile 338 der functions.php läuft irgendwas schief - vllt ist eine benötigte Datei nicht da oder nicht ansprechbar. Das verursacht einen Fehler = output. Dadurch können die Header nicht mehr gesendet werden, das sind die übrigen Fehlermeldungen.
Der Versuch ein cookie zu setzen schlägt damit fehl und die authentifizierung damit auch.
Vllt hilfts die Fehlermeldung mit einem @ vor der Funktion in Zeile 338 zu unterdrücken… Aber das wäre auch schlampig…
