Popup beim Start von IE

Immer wenn ich den IE starte kommt ein Popup(http://pix.spin.de/bns/spin/banner_spinchat3.gif).
AdAware(6.0) findet nix und nen PopupBlocker will ich nicht verwenden, weil dann manche HPs nicht mehr funktionieren.
Was kann man da machen?

Versuchs mal mit spybot http://security.kolla.de/ vielleicht findet der ja was. (vor scan updaten)
