Problem Norton Personal Firewall und DirectUpdate

Ich habe mit „The Personal FTP-Server“ einen FTP-Server auf meinem Computer (Win 98SE) eingerichtet, der auch funktioniert.
Um die dynamische IP bei jeder Internetverbindung meiner Adresse zuzuordnen, würde ich der Einfachheit halber gerne das Programm „DirectUpdate“ verwenden. Leider bekommt es aber keine Verbindung.
Fehlermeldung:

_Connections to the engine failed - Connection refused by remote host (15531)
Reasons could be:

  • DirectUpdate engine is not running on 127.0.0.1
    Go to this machine and make sure the engine is running.

  • TCP traffic is blocked on port 40019.
    If you are running a fireall an/or NAT, make sure TCP traffic is allowed on this point._

Selbst wenn ich die Firewall (bei der ich dem Programm unter „Internetzugriffssteuerung“ eigentlich die Verbindung erlaubt habe) deaktiviere, funktioniert es nicht.
Ich habe versuchshalber einmal die Firewall deinstalliert, und ohne lief das Programm ohne Probleme.
Wie/wo kann ich jetzt bei Norton Personal Firewall einstellen, dass die o.g. Ports auch tatsächlich offen sind?

Bist du sicher, dass das Programm auch wirklich auf deinem Rechner (127.0.0.1) läuft?

Ja, das bin ich eigentlich schon. Es läuft ja auch ohne Firewall.
