Runtime Error

Hallo an alle!
Ich habe in letzter Zeit folgende Probleme:
1.) Kann ich manche Programme nicht deinstallieren, da eine Fehlermeldung erscheint.
2.) Kann ich z.B. üner E-Donkeys „Preview“-Option nicht auf den MediaPlayer zugreifen, da erscheint folgende Fehlermeldung:

Runtime Error!
Program C:…
R6034
An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly.
Please contact the application’s support team for more information.

Wenn mit jemand sagen kann, welche dll ich wohin machen muss, damit alles wieder funzt, wer ich sowas von dankbar!!!

PS.: Danach erscheint folgende Fehlermeldung:
EXE 'C:\Programme… had the following unrecoverable error:
Couldn’t find library MSVCR80.dll (required by: C:\PROGRA~1\Windows Defender\MpShHook.dll)
Pöease ensure that it is installed
PPS.: Ich habe Win XP mit SP 2
